T-Shirt Company Return Policy

At RedKneck.com, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

  1. Return Process
    • Contact our customer service team at Sales@Redkneck.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
    • Package the item securely, including the original packing slip and RAN.
    • Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

  1. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

  1. Refunds
    • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
    • Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
    • Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  1. Exchanges
    • We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.
    • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items
    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    • Items marked as "final sale."
    • Gift cards or promotional items.
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
